I've had the distinct pleasure of dealing with the ENTIRE McFarland Hyundai team on numerous occasions. Joe and Rob are BY FAR the nicest, most down to earth sales managers I've ever run across. They really are in a class by themselves. Dennis and Greg at the Annex are super nice and knowledgeable. Chu, Ben, Michelle, Marco and Josh are all top notch, and they all conduct themselves with absolute professionalism. Unfortunately there aren't many FAMILY OWNED dealerships left, let alone one like McFarland Hyundai, where they really do treat the customer right. I want to share my best car buying experience ever at McFarland Hyundai in North Hampton NH where my daughter recently purchased a really nice 2022 Honda HRV. From the initial sales contact with Ali, through the whole process of learning about, test driving, getting a good price on our trade, and a great final price on the purchase with Greg, and completing all paper work with Rob, nothing but high quality professional service was provided. Greg's personal attention to all details in a comfortable and friendly manner was especially noteworthy, providing CarFax for the car, and helping with a follow-up repair to our great satisfaction. I saw the vehicle I wanted on their web site, so I picked up the phone and gave them a call. Ali answered. He was knowledgeable and friendly. With an appointment set up, I drove down from Portland, Maine and met Ali in person. A few hours later I drove home in my new Hyundai at a great price with a fair trade in value. The car was detailed and the extras that McFarland included, most notably the 3 years, 36k of service and exterior protective coating, helped to seal the deal. Ali worked with me throughout the entire purchasing process. For the first car I negotiated without the help of my mother, The entire trip to McFarland could not have gone better!
