I have had two outstanding experiences with the service department at Hampton Ford. The service team is personable, prompt and corrected a problem in a very reasonable time frame. I was very pleased that the service department fixed my problems without dragging their feet so as to racking up the labor charges. I recommend without hesitation the service department at Hampton Ford.

I've had the distinct pleasure of dealing with the ENTIRE McFarland Hyundai team on numerous occasions. Joe and Rob are BY FAR the nicest, most down to earth sales managers I've ever run across. They really are in a class by themselves.
Dennis and Greg at the Annex are super nice and knowledgeable. Chu, Ben, Michelle, Marco and Josh are all top notch, and they all conduct themselves with absolute professionalism.
Unfortunately there aren't many FAMILY OWNED dealerships left, let alone one like McFarland Hyundai, where they really do treat the customer right. I would recommend McFarland Hyundai to anyone looking for a new/pre-owned car and a team that will deliver a truly EXEMPLARY experience: before, during, and MOST IMPORTANLTY, AFTER the sale.

I want to share my best car buying experience ever at McFarland Hyundai in North Hampton NH where my daughter recently purchased a really nice 2022 Honda HRV.
From the initial sales contact with Ali, through the whole process of learning about, test driving, getting a good price on our trade, and a great final price on the purchase with Greg, and completing all paper work with Rob, nothing but high quality professional service was provided. Greg's personal attention to all details in a comfortable and friendly manner was especially noteworthy, providing CarFax for the car, and helping with a follow-up repair to our great satisfaction.
The team at McFarland Hyundai is truly exceptional and where I'll be going for future car needs. Can't recommend them enough!

I’ve never had an enjoyable experience at a dealership…until now!
Early December my car hit some black ice and my car was not drivable. Not only did this happen right before the holidays, but my insurance was a MESS to deal with. Haley Collins was truly a bright spot in this whole ordeal. From chasing down my insurance to keeping me constantly update via email and phone, I was never once concerned about my car (and I didn’t have it for an entire month so that’s saying something!).
I just got my car back so I’m not planning on buying a new one just yet, but when I do I have no doubt I’ll be back here because the staff here is incredible! Whether you’re looking to service your car or get a new one, I can not recommend this dealership enough!

I saw the vehicle I wanted on their web site, so I picked up the phone and gave them a call. Ali answered. He was knowledgeable and friendly. With an appointment set up, I drove down from Portland, Maine and met Ali in person. A few hours later I drove home in my new Hyundai at a great price with a fair trade in value. The car was detailed and the extras that McFarland included, most notably the 3 years, 36k of service and exterior protective coating, helped to seal the deal. Ali worked with me throughout the entire purchasing process. For the first car I negotiated without the help of my mother, The entire trip to McFarland could not have gone better! I spent much time researching vehicles and after spending many hours with many area dealerships (including other Ford / Subaru / Volvo and Hyundai dlrs.) found myself most comfortable at Hampton Hyundai. This is my third Hyundai purchase and my second from Hampton, I previously worked with Stu Wolcher who I believe may have retired. I again found them to be the most upfront and accommodating dealership who allowed me the time to feel comfortable with my decision without ever pressuring me to sign. Chu and the finance manager did a great job answering my questions and working with me to put me into the car I wanted with a price that was right.

I had the pleasure of working with Danielle at Hampton Ford when I was looking to purchase an Explorer. She was extremely helpful with helping me find exactly what I was looking for and made the whole process extremely simple and pain free! Danielle was very kind and down to earth and I knew that she really cared about helping me with my new purchase and seemed almost excited for me, as I was to get my new ride! Before coming to this dealership I read a number of positive reviews. Well how TRUE! Fantastic experience! It all started with the greeting and conversation from Ben Spector and Dean... welcoming and pleasant! Continued on with a non pressured relaxed process in testing that new 2020 ranger lariat, thru a very positive working out the sales price. Working with me via phone to provide additional details... and ultimately purchasing that truck 10/31... Ben, Finance (Kevin), and Dean were phenomenal! Ben excellent listener and friendly... and detailed reviewing truck and ensuring all aspects of sale beginning to end were smooth, efficient, and highly professional! I wish I knew of Ben and the dealership previously when I bought my other truck... I will buy all my trucks from Ben! Highly recommended!!!👍

We moved to the seacoast from Seattle, and first let me tell you how lucky we are to have such a great service department managing our vehicle for us. When it came time for us to add a second car, we didn't think twice about coming to Hampton Ford. Scott Soterion has the patience of a saint: he walked us through SO MANY questions and specs for four different models, never pressuring us or pushing us in any one direction. (We also looked at new, used, and certified preowned.) He not only found us a vehicle we loved but the one that best fit our needs. We chose a certified preowned 2022 Hyundai Sonata. Their financing department is very transparent, so we felt good about our purchase and the buying process (thank you, Kevin Langlois!). I wouldn't dream of purchasing anywhere else. I bought my first car from Hampton Ford after looking at dozens of other locations. I can confidently say that Hampton Ford is different in the best way. Jimmy Dexter was my sales representative and was great! When I walked in he asked how he could help me and never pushed me to make a decision. I didn't have to prove that I was worth test driving their vehicle like I had to at other dealerships and wasn't even pressed about if or how I would be paying. When I showed up to take the car to my mechanic, someone was waiting at the door with the key in hand for me. This dealership fought for a competitive rate and gave me a lower interest rate than the credit union I was with, and did everything they could to make sure the car and payment plan would work for me before and after I drove off the lot. Forever grateful!

I highly recommend Hampton Ford Hyundai. I had previously been down to the rte 114 "auto 1/2 mile north" with the fast talking, high pressure, large corporations dealers. Thank goodness I walked away. I have bought many cars in my life. Hampton Ford Hyudai was a fantastic experience! Our salesperson Oybek was respectful and knowledgable. I had done a lot of research and he recognized it and was glad that I had. His low pressure approach allowed me to think, weigh my options and ultimately end up with a car that was right for me, at a great price! Kevin, the business manager was also respectful, easy to work with and gave me a good competitive rate (yes I had done my homework on that too). From start to finish, car buying was actually an enjoyable experience. Try them out. You won't be disappointed!

Each time I’ve needed work done on my car they take it in the same day and within a day they have parts order and an update on my car. They are on top of fixing the issue and they do it in a timely manner, professional. And Sue! Who works at the parts and service desk is the best. So friendly, funny, she makes sure I’m covered under warranty and all is groovy unlike some places who have screwed me over. Sue is a total rockstar and her and her crew know what they are doing! The following day after I got my car towed because I didn’t feel safe driving it due to something with the wheel she hooked me up with a rental! They are truly a great company and do great work! I started to have issues with my car one day I called the next morning spoke to Dan in service and he said they could absolutely look at it. I informed him I had a medical procedure early that day and gave him my daughter cell to call.. He said no worries we will take care of everything. He also ending it with I hope goes well for you we will be thinking about you.
I knew going into surgery I had no worries about my car as Dan had it all under control. Yep front breaks replaces and axle that same day. The customer service is exceptional, they are honest and they explain everything so I the customer can understand. I bought 2 cars from them one for me and a new Elelantra for my daughter and the whole sales team was amazing. If you want honest, caring, professional service in all areas then dont go anywhere else than Hampton Ford!!!

They are so fantastic and the only dealership I trust with my car. I went to get an oil change, check engine light checked and my state inspection. It was super easy to schedule an appointment. They were unable to fix my check engine light because the light wasn’t active when I brought it in, however the next day when the light came back on, they got me in that afternoon. They replaced my catalytic converter and were straight up and honest that it would be covered by my warranty. That may seem like a given but I have dealt with other dealerships not being straightforward about what my warranty covered. This dealership even refunded my diagnostic charge which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise!

I recently bought a late model Hyundai Santa Fe with a 3 month warranty from McFarland Hyundai.
It ran great for a month and then the starter blew up 40 miles from N. Hampton. I called the dealer and they said to tow it and that insurance would cover the $400 tow from Peabody Mass.
Well, short story is that Insurance covered the repair(minus deductible) but only $50 on the tow. A couple of weeks later, I received a check for $350 from McFarland to make up on the towing.
I really appreciate McFarland stepping up and doing the right thing. It’s a good chunk of money for a new NH resident with all the expenses of moving. I’ll be back and I certainly recommend talking to MacFarland when looking for a decent car and decent people.

We were on vacation. While driving on the Mass pike the steering went out of our 2013 explorer. We were able to Take the next exit and pull into Hampton Ford. The service was ABOVE AND BEYOND any we have ever experienced. It was late in the afternoon on Thursday before a holiday weekend. The service manager was able to have his technicians to diagnose the problem with in 30 mins. The mechanic stayed late past his shift to take the car apart , so in the morning when the new parts arrived he could get right to the job. Our car was ready by 11:30 AM on Friday. Also we were in need of a rental while the car was being repaired. The service manager was able to call a collision center for a rental that we could use while our car was being repaired. Could not have been more pleased With the service.

Special thanks to Rob Larson and Ben who made a real difference when purchasing our two new vehicles! We are very happy with our Hyundai autos and have to say that the quality of this brand has definitely caught up to their Japanese competitors.
This dealership cares about the after sale as well. As we literally purchased a recently traded 2014 Santa Fe XL, there were a few hail dents that everyone (including us) missed! Upon contacting the General Sales Manager, Rob Larson, he made sure we had a great loaner while the SUV was at the body shop.
The service, value and experience is worth a visit, especially if you've been buying Japanese. Do yourself a favor and test drive a new Hyundai. You just might not look back as was our experience.
Job well done, Ford Hampton Hyundai. We'll be back!

As a graduate student in 2016 buying used, Brendan helped me out in finding a safe, reliable vehicle and was second to none as an honest and genuine seller. Had the car multiple years with no hidden issues at purchase, and had regular maintenance throughout. After grad school and starting a career in 2019, I came back to work with both Brendan and Kevin S on buying a new Hyundai when the time was right. They excelled at working with me once again and I had drove off a proud new owner knowing they had went the additional mile, pun intended. I went to Hampton Hyundai with the hopes of test driving a car and not being swindled into a purchase and I'm so glad I did! While I did leave with a car, I felt like it was a GREAT deal! There was zero pressure and no one was hounding me as I walked the lot. Marco Correia was our sales person and was so laid back and personable. Once we identified the car I was interested in, he brought it around and showed me every feature possible - a little overwhelming BUT so glad he did as it showed how knowledgeable he was. I had my 10 year old step son with us and he made sure he was taken care of and Brody, another sales person, showed him every car in the show room. Marco and Joe were able to help work on a price that fit both my and the dealership needs. 10 out of 10 would go back again and deal with both Marco and Joe!!

I had a great overall experience purchasing a used car here. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also had a great experience with the service advisor Dan who stayed a little late to put the car on the lift for me so I could check underneath before buying. When it got to the finance portion I worked with another Kevin who was very thorough and helpful. I can't stress enough how friendly the people at this dealership were, everyone I encountered had a smile on their face and asked if I needed anything. I'm an electric vehicle driver who was frustrated with that famous EV brand and ready to try something different. I came here to buy a Ford Mach-e. Many traditional dealerships are clueless with EVS, but when I saw the huge solar array on their shop, I knew I was in the right place. Michele Magnusson was my sales person, and her communication was great. Always a quick response, and always got me the information I needed. I came in as an experienced EV driver and already knew what I wanted, but I was impressed that she understood EVs and wanted to learn all about the one I was trading. Friendly people all around, with no hard sells. I'm lovimg my Mach-e!

Hampton Ford was both professional and comforting when I was shopping for my latest vehicle. I have traditionally been a Ford owner (owned 5 in my lifetime) and was still blown away with the quality of the customer service I received during this experience. Scott Soterion was my main point of contact and was a superstar. I didn't feel any of the "salesmanship" spiel that I have come to expect. Instead, he led with kindness and made me feel welcomed. While Scott was my main point of contact, the entire team picked up right there whenever I had to work with others. The overall experience was quality! I could not recommend Hampton Ford any more!

Oh, where to begin...from the moment we walked in, it just felt right. We were promptly greeted upon entry (we had spoken to Rob the day before and made an appointment) and Michelle came right over to introduce herself and welcome us. Rob was there as well, the two of them treated us quite simply wonderfully. I could probably write a couple paragraphs just illustrating how easy Michelle made the process for us, both she and Rob listened to our needs and wants, and didn't waste their time or ours trying to upsell anything. In the end, my wife traded her car in for a brand new Escape...all this wonder in less than 4 hours too! Friendly, efficient, fair, honest...This is the epitome of a no nonsense dealer, but they still have the personal connection to their customers that all but guarantees you'll be going back. Had a great experience with Jimmy Dexter and Kevin Langlois. Jimmy took the time to listen to the situation I presented, my wants and needs, and put in effort to achieve my goals. He stayed in communication throughout the whole process, a process which I felt was transparent and honest. He even came to my work to appraise my trade after hours when our schedules didn’t quite align. Above and beyond! Kevin Langlois was also very pleasant to work with in the finance department.
