I've had the distinct pleasure of dealing with the ENTIRE McFarland Hyundai team on numerous occasions. Joe and Rob are BY FAR the nicest, most down to earth sales managers I've ever run across. They really are in a class by themselves. Dennis and Greg at the Annex are super nice and knowledgeable. Chu, Ben, Michelle, Marco and Josh are all top notch, and they all conduct themselves with absolute professionalism. Unfortunately there aren't many FAMILY OWNED dealerships left, let alone one like McFarland Hyundai, where they really do treat the customer right. I would recommend McFarland Hyundai to anyone looking for a new/pre-owned car and a team that will deliver a truly EXEMPLARY experience: before, during, and MOST IMPORTANLTY, AFTER the sale. ~ Justin H
I’ve never had an enjoyable experience at a dealership…until now! Early December my car hit some black ice and my car was not drivable. Not only did this happen right before the holidays, but my insurance was a MESS to deal with. Haley Collins was truly a bright spot in this whole ordeal. From chasing down my insurance to keeping me constantly update via email and phone, I was never once concerned about my car (and I didn’t have it for an entire month so that’s saying something!). I just got my car back so I’m not planning on buying a new one just yet, but when I do I have no doubt I’ll be back here because the staff here is incredible! Whether you’re looking to service your car or get a new one, I can not recommend this dealership enough! ~ Kaitlyn M
I have had two outstanding experiences with the service department at Hampton Ford. The service team is personable, prompt and corrected a problem in a very reasonable time frame. I was very pleased that the service department fixed my problems without dragging their feet so as to racking up the labor charges. I recommend without hesitation the service department at Hampton Ford. A special thank you to Service Advisor to Dan Bergeron for his patience and cooperation in accommodating my incredibly challenging schedule. Dan, you assumed me when we first spoke that my service experience would be worth the long drive to get to Hampton. You spoke the truth.
